From a single day to long-standing arrangements
We have a brief contract that both you and we will sign before your trip. Its purpose is to protect us both.
For example it gives us permission to be on your property while you are away, and states that you will not be liable for any injury caused to us by your horses (e.g. we can't sue you if your horse steps on our foot!). It also states that we are liable for anything due to gross negligence (e.g. we leave a gate open, horses escape and eat neighbours crops - neighbours sue us not you), but that any other liability is your own (e.g. if horses escape due to inadequate fencing and eat neighbours crops neighbour sues you).
We are fully insured, for public liability, and the care, custody and control of your animals while under our contract. We are insured for individual animals worth up to £10,000. If your horse or other animal is worth over this amount, and you do not carry your own insurance please let us know.

Cancellation Policy
If canceling 3 weeks or more in advance then your deposit will be refunded in full and no charges will be made.
If canceling less than 2 weeks in advance then deposit will be retained or, where no deposit was taken, 10% of the total quoted cost of the service will be charged, but can be held against a future booking within 3 months from the date of cancellation.
If canceling less than 2 weeks in advance then 25% of the total quoted cost of the service will be charged, unless another booking takes its place.
If canceling less than 1 week in advance then 50% of the total quoted cost of the service will be charged, unless another booking takes its place. A £10 administration cost will still be incurred.
If canceling less than 48 hours in advance then 75% of the total quoted cost of the service will be charged, unless another booking takes its place. A £10 administration cost will still be incurred.
Bookings made between 2 and 4 weeks in advance may be cancelled within 1 week of booking without charge.
Bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance may be cancelled within 72 hours without charge.
