If cancelling 6 weeks or more in advance then your deposit will be refunded in full and no charges will be made.
If cancelling less than 6 weeks in advance then deposit will be retained or, where no deposit was taken, 10% of the total quoted cost of the service will be charged, but can be held against a future booking within 3 months from the date of cancellation.
If cancelling less than 4 weeks in advance then 25% of the total quoted cost of the service will be charged, unless another booking takes its place.
If cancelling less than 1 week in advance then 50% of the total quoted cost of the service will be charged, unless another booking takes its place. A £10 administration cost will still be incurred.
If cancelling less than 48 hours in advance then 75% of the total quoted cost of the service will be charged, unless another booking takes its place. A £10 administration cost will still be incurred.
Bookings made between 2 and 6 weeks in advance may be cancelled within 1 week of booking without charge.
Bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance may be cancelled within 72 hours without charge.
